For on-demand services, the reservation is not binding until confirmed by the organization. For services with online payment, the reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment. Cancellations and Refunds Customer cancellations must be communicated promptly. Any refunds or rescheduling will be considered based on the type of service and the amount of notice provided. In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather or sea conditions or force majeure, the experience may be rescheduled or fully refunded, subject to the customer's availability.
