Booking an experience implies acceptance of this General Policy. Reservations Tours can be booked as services with online payment or as on-demand services. For on-demand services, the reservation is not binding until confirmed by the organization. For services with online payment, the reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment. Cancellations and Refunds Customer cancellations must be communicated promptly. Any refunds or rescheduling will be considered based on the type of service and the amount of notice provided. In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather or sea conditions or force majeure, the experience may be rescheduled or fully refunded, subject to the customer's availability. No-shows or delays beyond the agreed-upon time will not entitle the customer to a refund. Weather and Safety All tours are subject to favorable weather and sea conditions. The organization reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or stops to ensure the safety of guests and crew, without this constituting grounds for refunds. Itineraries and Program The itineraries and stops indicated are indicative. Any changes do not alter the nature and quality of the experience offered. Insurance and Liability The vessel is fully insured and complies with current regulations. The organization is not responsible for personal items lost, damaged, or left unattended on board. Participants are required to follow the crew's instructions throughout the tour. Participant Conditions Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Any special needs or health conditions must be communicated before departure.
